Our Easy 3 step loan process
1. Discuss your project with us
Go over your project with us to see if it is a good fit with our lending criteria. We can usually tell you after a quick conversation whether there is a good chance we can fund your loan.
2. Submit loan documents
Fill out our loan application docs and we will order an appraisal for your property.
3. Loan funding
Once underwriting has reviewed all your information, we will fund your deal at closing.
Step 1 - Discuss Your Project With Us:
Submitting a loan Pre-qualification form or giving us a call is the easiest way to get the loan process started.
We can quickly help you understand how much funding may be available on a project and walk you through our streamlined loan process.
The earlier in the deal process we are involved the more options we can provide for borrowers.
After discussing your project with us, we can typically give you preliminary information on funding your property even before completing a loan application.
Once a loan application is completed we can provide borrowers with any additional info on funding, timing, and terms.
Step 2 - Submit loan documents (Underwriting):
Once a borrower is ready to move forward with the loan process, we can schedule an appraisal of the property.
This is the first step toward closing the loan on your investment property.
For loans involving construction, we will need the proposed scope of work (SOW) for the project, which we can help you with.
We will also collect any additional information needed to underwrite the loan.
This will typically include the corporate documents for the borrower entity and investor background information.
Step 3 - Funding:
Once we have all the information reviewed and approved we can proceed to closing.
We will confirm receipt of a clean title and schedule a closing for your loan funding.
